builders in Bucks and surrounding counties. We provide the

custom design. Our goal is to expand, based on "Client"
referral, quality of construction, uniqueness in design and
our expertise "to put it all together."
The strength of the
company is the combined sixty plus years of construction experience
and knowledge of the two partners. Michael Costigan
with his 25+ years of construction experience has built homes
from the move-up to the luxury estate homes. He has constructed
high-end homes for some of the areas premier luxury homebuilders.
Specializing in the construction of homes built on individual
lots, eight homes within one subdivision, has given Michael
expansive experience in all phases of construction, including
land acquisition, land approvals, financing and site improvement.
To date 38+ homes have been taken from raw ground to finish.
Michael is a highly effective, detail and results-oriented
individual with strong organizational and administrative skills,
and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.
Will Hess
brings 35+ years of construction experience and knowledge
to the partnership. Will, as a homebuilding executive, assumed
responsibilities for all aspects of the business: architectural
plan development, construction planning and budgeting, subcontractor
scheduling and customer service. His exposure with three of
the industry's most successful home building companies has
given him knowledge of homebuilding company operations and
marketing concepts. With a BS in Architecture from Penn State
University, Will brings to the company the ability to design
in-house. This advantage enables the C&H Signature Builders
to not only control design costs but also create period style
architecture, for which Bucks County is famous. C&H strives
to create unique designs based on the needs and desires of
Clients'. With the combined talents of the two partners, C&H
Signature Builders design and construct homes that satisfy
even the most discriminative buyer.
